

I am in no way against IMMIGRATION, but I am against illegal immigration. When veterans cannot get housing but illegals can it is upsetting. I was hit by an illegal immigrant while riding my bike to work and ended up with a broken leg and lost wages. A good friend in high school's dad was killed in a hit and run by someone who entered illegally 4 times. I grew up in a "border town" and witnessed the high crime rates, and yes the rapes and murders, of citizens at the hands of those in the country illegally. The last part of the poem is well written, but it is on a topic in which I have a different view. Though it was not THIS dramatic, you showed some of the actions caused by BOTH sides of the aisle, which happens when the nation has been successfully divided by politicians and corrupt media.
